We charge a $20 consultation fee that includes an evaluation and prescribing the test, and any needed follow-up and prescription.
There is a $29 sample collection fee (one fee covers all tests selected).
There is a $20 surcharge for walk-ins (if you do not book an appointment).
Hepatitis A antibody (Anti-HAV) IgM test
Anti-Transglutaminase / Tissue Transglutaminase (tTG) IgA or IgG Antibodies + total IgA.
Used in the diagnosis of Celiac disease.
includes: HIV antibody tests (HIV-1, HIV-2, group O) + p24 antigen test
includes 2 tests: EBV-EA (Epstein-Barr virus early antigen), EBNA-1 (Epstein-Barr nuclear antigen 1) antibodies
Identifies the presence of any hemoglobin variants (e.g., beta-thalassemia, sickle cell anemia, etc.)
Pregnancy test.
Hepatitis C antibody (Anti-HCV) test
Hepatitis B surface antigen Antibody (Anti-HBs) test. This test also detects vaccine-induced antibodies, and can be used to determine Hepatitis B vaccine protection status.
includes: rapid same-day analysis of bacterial, yeast and white blood cell counts in a urine sample and determination if a Urinary tract infection (UTI) is present, followed by an antibiogram.
Only available for women.
